The Customers Have Spoken – and Revionics Rocks the RIS Software LeaderBoard!
We have a little saying around here: the world doesn’t want to hear from us, it wants to hear from our customers. RIS News truly understands this that in spades, and that’s why their annual leaderboard relies on retailer surveys to determine industry leaders among software vendors in the retail sector. With a total of 747 vendor evaluations completed by 332 retail voters, the leaderboard survey process builds a very comprehensive look at the current landscape through the eyes of the retailers themselves.
Customer Satisfaction Results
In the “Leaders in Return on Investment” category, customer responses put Revionics tied for #4 with a satisfaction rating of 4.5 on a 5-point scale. The rapid (and ever-growing) ROI that our customers experience is a source of particular pride for us, and it was great to hear that independent validation.
In terms of Leaders in Technology Innovation, customer questionnaire responses put us at #3! I’m constantly amazed by how our R&D and data science teams push the envelope with amazing (and amazingly easy to use) analytics, and customers recognize the competitive edge they gain with innovation at their fingertips.
Once again, In Joe Skorupa’s words, “Retailers are uniquely qualified to appreciate the findings in the RIS Software LeaderBoard because they are experts in customer satisfaction, the defining characteristic in the LeaderBoard. Retailers, more than any other group of business professionals, know that customer satisfaction is difficult to achieve.” So a rating of #7 in Leaders in Customer Satisfaction for Targeted Solutions means a lot to us, and it goes hand-in-hand with being ranked #6 in the Leaders in Quality of Service.
